Since today is my birthday, I thought I would get a tutorial up to show how to make balloons. I made a logo for my birthday that I displayed on the top of the website, sort of what Google does. Tutorial: Circular Fading in Photoshop.

In this tutorial, I will teach you how to make a really cool fading background using circles. You can do the same thing with triangles, squares, rectangles, or any other shape you desire.
